That will make you finish your meal before hand and feel that you are full. Drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water is a must. Stop drinking water after 7 pm so that it flushes out before you weigh yourself. § Avoid soda drinks. § Take some fruit juices. It will help you to shed extra calories. § Take green tea if possible. It will help you to burn extra calories. Weigh yourself after 10 pm. You would have expectedly lose one pound or more weight. You can lose weight in one day but it is not a permanent solution.
